Classic Package
$1500
This package includes:
- on- boarding virtual meeting or call
- planning meeting 4-6 weeks before your wedding
- final details meeting week of your wedding
-unlimited emails with coordination team
- wedding day timeline creation
- 8 hours of wedding day coordination
- managing ceremony & reception flow
-on-site vendor contact and problem solving
- venue walk through
- 2 coordinators (because 2 is better than 1)
Signature Package
$2000
This package includes:
-everything from the Classic package
-2 hour rehearsal coordination
- assume all communication with your vendors the week of your wedding
- 10 hours of wedding day coordination
- set up personal decor (place cards, favors, centerpieces, ect.)
- distribute vendors payments/tips on wedding day
Add-On Items
à la carte
- Additional coordination time required beyond the contracted hours will be charged at a rate of $150 per hour.
-Travel fee if over 30 miles of Holland, NY will be $50-$100, depending on distance
- Any customized requests can be discussed in the planning meeting.
